Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni is a doubt for their opening Champions League group stage clash against Real Madrid on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old picked up a thigh injury on international duty with Italy earlier this month, which ruled him out of Sunday's 2-2 draw with Sampdoria.
Bastoni is still unlikely to feature so Federico Dimarco – who started and scored last weekend – is set to play again in the back three alongside Stefan De Vrij and Milan Skriniar.
Gabriel Brazao (knee) and Christian Eriksen (heart) remain unavailable for Simone Inzaghi, who could name the same starting lineup for the second successive match.
Central midfielders Nicolo Barella and Marcelo Brozovic are set to support playmaker Hakan Calhanoglu, while Matteo Darmian and Ivan Perisic will likely provide width from wing-back positions.
Lautaro Martinez, who has scored in both of his opening two Serie A matches, is expected to start up front alongside veteran striker Edin Dzeko.
Summer signing Joaquin Correa is, however, another option in attack for Inzaghi, who is keen to see the Argentine link up with his compatriot Martinez in the final third.
Inter Milan possible starting lineup: Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Dimarco; Darmian, Barella, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Perisic; Martinez, Dzeko
