Real Madrid will be missing leading scorer Karim Benzema for Tuesday's Champions League clash with Inter Milan, with the forward picking up a hamstring injury against Real Sociedad on Saturday.
Benzema will sit out the European clash with Inter but is hopeful of being available for next weekend's La Liga contest with the reigning Spanish champions Atletico Madrid.
The forward's absence will open the door for Luka Jovic to start at centre-forward, while Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti is expected to make changes elsewhere ahead of the Madrid derby.
Real Madrid have already booked their spot in the last-16 stage of the Champions League and just need to avoid defeat in order to claim first position in Group D.
Lucas Vazquez, Federico Valverde, Eduardo Camavinga and Marco Asensio could all be involved in the first XI, with Dani Carvajal, Casemiro, Luka Modric and Rodrygo potentially being rested.
Nacho is also pushing to be involved in a defensive area, but Ancelotti will be wary of making too many changes to a side that is on an eight-game winning run in all competitions.
Dani Ceballos and Gareth Bale were again both absent against Real Sociedad on Saturday, and neither player will be considered for selection against the Italian champions here.
Real Madrid possible starting lineup: Courtois; Vazquez, Militao, Alaba, Mendy; Valverde, Camavinga, Kroos; Vinicius, Jovic, Asensio
