Zinedine Zidane has asked Real Madrid supporters to get behind each player in the Copa del Rey meeting with Leganes after Karim Benzema was whistled at the weekend.
The French striker received a negative reception from home fans at the Bernabeu when making his return from injury during the second half of the 7-1 win over Deportivo La Coruna.
Benzema has come under fire due to a poor return of two goals in 13 La Liga outings this term, but Zidane insists that it is important every member of his squad is fully backed in the quarter-final second-leg tie on Wednesday.
"It's not pleasant to go out on to the pitch and to be whistled. We need our fans to be with us," he told reporters at his pre-match presser.
"I know that you have the right to comment on everything because you paid for the ticket, but we really want our supporters to be with us during the 90 minutes and when the game ends, whatever happens, happens.
"Karim will be with us tomorrow. He'd not played with us for a month and I wanted him to play and be with the group again. The only thing he enjoys is playing and being out on the pitch."
Madrid hold a 1-0 advantage heading into the second leg thanks to a late Marco Asensio goal at the Estadio Municipal de Butarque.
