Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has urged his teammates to 'work together' in the face of adversity in order to get their campaign back on track.
Los Blancos have made their worst start to a La Liga season since 2001-02, having collected just 14 points from their opening nine matches.
Ahead of Sunday's opening El Clasico of the campaign, against a Barca side who have also made a slower start than anticipated, Ramos is confident that Madrid have what it takes to bounce back.
"We prove our worth the most in the face of adversity," he told reporters at a ceremony hosted by El Espanol. "Now, after a bad streak, we are on the right path to get out of it. Working, working and working together is the key to success."
Madrid beat Viktoria Plzen 2-1 in midweek for their first win in six matches.
