Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has allayed fears over Cristiano Ronaldo's fitness by revealing that his injury is "nothing serious".
The Portuguese ace looked to be in some discomfort toward the end of the Blancos' 2-1 win away to Ludogorets Razgrad tonight following a challenge by Anicet Abel.
Second-half substitute Karim Benzema pounced with the winner on 77 minutes, and Ancelotti believes that the game should have been wrapped up well before then.
"Cristiano has had a knock," the Italian told reporters. "It's painful but nothing serious. We showed good intensity and created many chances. We should have scored earlier."
Ronaldo had earlier equalised from the penalty spot after Marcelinho nodded the hosts ahead in Bulgaria tonight.
