Gareth Bale has warned his Real Madrid teammates not to get carried away over their high-flying form.
The Blancos beat Basel 1-0 in the Champions League on Wednesday for what was their 15th straight victory in all competitions.
"Basel are still battling to qualify, still fighting. You have seen teams come here and struggle," he told UEFA.com.
"They made life difficult for us, but thankfully we got the win. I think we're looking good at the moment.
"But the most important thing is to not get carried away, take each game as it comes, and try and perform the best we can."
Cristiano Ronaldo scored the only goal of the game as Real sit top of Group B with maximum points from their five games, nine clear of second-placed Basel.
