Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema has revealed his delight at Jose Mourinho's decision to extend his tenure at the club.
The former Chelsea manager signed a new contract that will keep him at the Bernabeu until 2016 earlier today.
After rumours had linked Mourinho with a return to the Premier League, Benzema is pleased that the coach has committed his future to Madrid.
"He is the best coach in the world. He has given us things that we didn't have. I'm happy that he is continuing," the Frenchman said.
Benzema joined the Spanish giants from Lyon in 2009 for a reported fee of €35m.
