Real Madrid attacker Jese Rodriguez has hailed the "human qualities" of Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti.
The Italian led the Spanish club to the Champions League title last season, while as it stands, Real Madrid are on a 21-match winning run in all competitions.
Ancelotti will have the chance to add the Club World Cup to his trophy collection on Saturday, and Jese believes that the 55-year-old's people skills make him such a strong coach.
"Everyone knows Ancelotti's a great coach but I'd highlight his human qualities," Jese told FIFA's official website.
"He knows how to handle groups, which is the toughest part of the job - particularly at Real Madrid, where there are so many great players and egos - and he does it with aplomb. He instils a real sense of peace and calm.
"When he gets angry, though, you'd better take cover. He knows how to motivate us and to choose his moments. You can really tell that he used to be a player."
Ancelotti took charge of Real Madrid last summer.
