Real Madrid manager Julen Lopetegui has refused to confirm whether Thibaut Courtois will make his debut in Saturday evening's home match against Leganes.
The Belgium international has yet to feature for Los Blancos since joining from Chelsea in a £35m transfer last month.
Keylor Navas has instead started Madrid's two La Liga matches and their UEFA Super Cup loss to Atletico Madrid, but reports in Spain suggest that Courtois will come in against Leganes.
Asked at his pre-match press conference if he intends to rotate between the sticks, however, Lopetegui told reporters: "I'm not going to tell you who the goalkeeper is because every circumstance is different.
"My confidence in my goalkeepers is at the maximum. I can only play one but it doesn't mean that I don't have confidence in the others. We're calm and convinced that we have good solutions in that position."
Navas has made 144 appearances for Madrid and was voted the best goalkeeper in last season's Champions League.
