Keylor Navas has conceded that the Real Madrid players were left angered by their failure to defeat Malaga at the Bernabeu yesterday evening.
Rafael Benitez's men had a total of 30 shots on goal and faced 10 men for the final 13 minutes of the contest following the dismissal of the away side's Nordin Amrabat, yet the game ended in a draw 0-0.
Speaking to the club's official website, goalkeeper Navas revealed that the squad were disappointed to have not collected the three points.
"It is difficult to explain it. We have to be calmer and see where we made mistakes," said the Costa Rica international.
"We go away quite angry because it is a game that we could have won and we did not manage that."
Real are next in action on Wednesday evening against Swedish side Malmo in the Champions League.
