Pedri and Ferran Torres have both been cleared to join up with the Barcelona squad for Wednesday's Spanish Super Cup semi-final against Real Madrid.
The pair had been self-isolating after returning positive COVID-19 tests and were expected to be unavailable for selection once again for the Spanish Super Cup.
However, a statement from Barcelona revealed that the duo had now tested negative for the virus and are therefore free to join up with the rest of the squad in Saudi Arabia.
"The first team players Pedri and Ferran Torres have tested negative for Covid-19 in a PCR test and are now on their way to join up with the rest of the squad in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The club has informed the relevant authorities," read the statement.
Pedri has not played since September due to injury, though, while January arrival Torres has been on the sidelines recovering from a foot fracture, so the Spanish pair remain fitness doubts.
Torres has also not played a competitive match since September, but he still scored three times and registered one assist in seven appearances for Man City in the first half of the campaign.
