Sergio Ramos has hailed record-breaking Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, claiming that there are no words left to describe his abilities.
The Portuguese overtook Telmo Zarra and Alfredo Di Stefano in the all-time La Liga hat-trick stakes by netting all three goals in Saturday's 3-0 win over Celta Vigo.
It was Ronaldo's 23rd treble in Spanish football, taking his total to 200 in Spain's top flight, and Ramos admits that he is dumbfounded by his teammate's form.
He told reporters: "The statistics he is reaching are crazy. The truth is it's a privilege that Real Madrid has a player like him.
"You have to invent words to describe him. He is breaking every record. At the moment, he is maybe in the best form of his career."
The victory extended Los Blancos' winning streak in all competitions to 18, equalling Barcelona's record from the 2005-06 season.
