Zinedine Zidane has hailed the importance of Isco after the attacker netted twice in Real Madrid's 2-0 win against Espanyol on Sunday evening.
Los Blancos carved out their first home league victory of the campaign thanks to a goal in either half from the Spaniard, who now has five for the season for club and country.
Zidane claims that Isco's confidence on the ball is a key aspect of his game and hopes to see the 25-year-old provide even more sparkle at the Bernabeu in the years to come.
"He's looking very confident. He knows how important he is to Real Madrid," Zidane told reporters. "He plays as if it's a kick-about and I like that. He keeps going and if things don't come off for him, he's patient and he doesn't panic.
"He's comfortable out on the pitch, with his teammates, and I'm thrilled that we're seeing the best of Isco more and more."
Madrid, who had drawn two and lost one of their first three home games, are now up to fifth place in the table.
