Sports Mole takes a look at who impressed as Real Madrid beat Elche 5-1 in La Liga on Tuesday.

Real Madrid secured their third league win of the season with a thumping 5-1 victory over Elche this evening.

Edu Albacar handed the visitors the lead from the spot, but Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo (4) helped Los Blancos make it back-to-back La Liga wins for the first time this season.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at who impressed during the La Liga affair.

REAL MADRID

Goal

Keylor Navas: Did not have too much to do on his official Real Madrid debut, but the Costa Rican did made some smart saves in addition to demonstrating strong distribution. (6/10)

Defence

Dani Carvajal: Might have been sent off for a late challenge on Coro in the early moments. Looked rusty on his return to the team from injury. (6/10)

Raphael Varane: Brought into the XI in place of the injured Pepe and looked a calming presence at the heart of the back four. Now needs a long run in the team. (7/10)

Sergio Ramos: Was not really tested defensively for long spells, but as usual, was prepared to bring possession forward from a defensive area. (7/10)

Marcelo: Almost conceded a penalty following a poor challenge on Garry Rodrigues, but did set up Ronaldo for his second with a fine cross. (6/10)

Midfield

Asier Illarramendi: Handed the chance to impress in a defensive midfield position this evening and did a solid enough job in the middle of the park. (6/10)

Toni Kroos: Still waiting for his first Madrid goal and passed up a series of opportunities throughout the 90 minutes. Was unlucky to rattle the crossbar late on. (7/10)

Isco: Much more like it from the Spaniard. Always a threat in possession of the ball and always involved in the final third. An all-round classy performance. (8/10)

Attack

Gareth Bale: Now has five in his last five for Madrid after heading his team's equaliser this evening. Also set up Ronaldo for his fourth with a fine through ball. (8/10)

James Rodriguez: Produced a wonderful cross for Madrid's leveller and showed some nice touches in the final third. Looking every inch a Madrid player as he begins to settle into life in Spain. (7/10)

Cristiano Ronaldo: Simply stunning from the Portuguese, who scored four times in total. Elche just could not deal with his power and movement in the final third. (9/10)

Substitutes

Alvaro Arbeloa: Introduced in place of Carvajal in the second period, but rarely got forward. Solid enough, but nothing too special from the right-back. (6/10)

Javier Hernandez: Had a glorious chance to score his third Madrid goal late on, but blazed high and wide of the crossbar following a mazy run from Bale. (6/10)

Nacho: Entered after 82 minutes and slotted into central defence alongside Varane. (6/10)

ELCHE

Goal

Manu Herrera: Might have done better with the Madrid equaliser, but the stopper did make some good saves. Was not helped by some poor defending. (6/10)

Defence

Domingo Cisma: Did his best to quell the threat from both Bale and Ronaldo, but simply could not deal with the attacking talent on display. (6/10)

David Lomban: Made some poor decisions, especially in the first period against an interchanging Madrid attack. Positionally suspect at times. (5/10)

Sergio Pelegrin: Was not the worst of the bunch, but disappointed in a poor defence. That said, Elche won't be the last team to struggle against Madrid this season. (6/10)

Edu Albacar: Netted the opener with a brilliant penalty and whistled a free kick just wide of the post moments later. Easily his side's best player on the night. (7/10)

Midfield

Pedro Mosquera: Involved in both of the first two penalty incidents. Fortunate to win the first, but unlucky to concede the second. Was always involved, but not always for the best reasons. (6/10)

Victor Rodriguez: Struggled to get to grips with Madrid's midfield. Decent enough in possession, but failed to seriously influence the match. (5/10)

Adrian Gonzalez: Was withdrawn after 67 minutes, which came as no surprise. The match passed him by. (5/10)

Attack

Garry Rodrigues: Caused a lot of problems with his pace, especially in the first period, but had little support in the final third. Always a threat to the Madrid defence. (6/10)

Jonathas: Showed some nice touches in the final third, but never had enough service to really threaten. (6/10)

Coro: Proved a threat to the Madrid back-line with his movement in the first period, but faded in the second as the home side dominated possession of the ball. (6/10)

Substitutes

Faycal Fajr: Looks to be very capable in possession of the ball and impressed during his 30-minute cameo at the Bernabeu. (6/10)

Mario Pasalic: Was slightly unlucky to concede a penalty for a challenge on Ronaldo late on, but gave the referee a decision to make after diving into a challenge with the Portuguese. (5/10)

Cristian Herrera: Entered with 10 minutes remaining, but never got into the match. (5/10)
