Barcelona chief Eduard Romeu has admitted that Real Madrid could pull off a double swoop for Kylian Mbappe and Erling Braut Haaland next summer.
Paris Saint-Germain reportedly stalled over a nine-figure offer from Real Madrid for Mbappe this summer, and as it stands the World Cup winner seems set to complete a free transfer to Los Blancos nexr year.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid are thought to be one of the leading contenders to sign Haaland from Borussia Dortmund when his £68m release clause kicks in, and Romeu believes that Barcelona's Clasico rivals are capable of welcoming both strikers to Madrid.
Speaking to Cadena Cope, the Blaugrana's economic vice-president said: "It is possible (for both strikers to move to the Spanish capital) because Real Madrid is a great club which has great potential and strength.
"If we had done our homework in recent years we would be in the same situation as them. Florentino Perez has managed the club in a way that we have to take our hat off to. At a business level, no one is going to question him."
La Liga president Javier Tebas also believes that Mbappe and Haaland could both be lining up in white at the Bernabeu next summer.
