Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti is reportedly keen on joining Real Madrid this summer.
The Italian international, who has developed into one of the most highly-rated midfielders in European football since arriving in Paris, has been strongly linked with a move to the Bernabeu over the last week.
While the 22-year-old is believed to be content with life at PSG, he would find it difficult to turn down a move to Real Madrid, according to L'Equipe.
Verratti has a contract with PSG until 2019, but it is understood that Los Blancos will push ahead with a move later this month.
Real Madrid will lose Sami Khedira this summer, while the futures of Asier Illarramendi and Lucas Silva are unclear.
