Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly agreed terms for a new deal with the club.
The Portuguese international and five-time Balon d'Or winner has struggled in front of goal this season, leading to rumours about his mentality in the Spanish capital.
Spanish source ABC reports, however, that Real Madrid have accepted Ronaldo's contract demands and have agreed to extend his stay at the Bernabeu.
The report adds that the 32-year-old will earn £26.5m a year, an increase of almost £8m on his current wage.
Ronaldo, whose Madrid side are 19 points behind La Liga leaders Barcelona, has scored eight goals in the Spanish top flight this season.
