Real Sociedad boss Jagoba Arrasate has signed a new two-year contract extension with the club.
The Spaniard acted as assistant to Philippe Montanier last season, but took charge of the Basque outfit when the Frenchman decided to seek pastures new in the summer.
The 35-year-old's initial deal was due to run until the end of this campaign, but he has now committed his future to Sociedad for the next two seasons.
Arrasate could not lead his side out of the group stages of the Champions League this season, but as is stands, Sociedad sit seventh in La Liga after 33 matches.
A press conference is due to be held later this afternoon.
