Gervinho has warned his Roma teammates not to underestimate Napoli following their semi-final first-leg victory.
The former Arsenal forward, who scored the winner for the Giallorossi last night, thinks that it was important to win the Stadio Olimpico clash, but admits the tie is far from over.
"We started pretty well, but were pushed back by Napoli after the break," the 26-year-old is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "Napoli's early goal in the second half hurt us, but we had the will and courage to fight back.
"It was a great feeling to score the winner and celebrate with my teammates and the fans. It was very important to eventually take a win from this first leg. We are now one step closer to the final, but Napoli should not be underestimated."
The return leg takes place at the Stadio San Paolo next Wednesday.
