Serie A president Maurizio Beretta has revealed that this year's Coppa Italia will still be held in Rome.
Reports had suggested that the encounter may be switched to an alternative venue if Rome-based rivals Lazio and Roma were to meet.
Lazio have already confirmed their place in the final courtesy of a victory over Juventus, while Roma hold a 2-1 advantage over Inter Milan from the first leg.
"In Milan the last derby was played on the same day as the local elections and in any case the final can't be moved to Saturday because of the Champions League final. It's right the final is played in Rome," said Beretta.
Several supporters were stabbed prior to Monday's Rome derby.
