Former Italian club manager Carlo Ancelotti has insisted that Roma currently have the most quality in Serie A.
Rudi Garcia's side find themselves fourth in the table after a fairly positive start to the new campaign, and Ancelotti has moved to share his admiration for the squad at the Stadio Olimpico.
"It is truly a very strange campaign – it is open and absolutely anything could happen," Ancelotti told Corriere dello Sport.
"Fiorentina are doing very well and surprised the big clubs, who changed a great deal over the summer. They are on top and tied to the uncertainty of who will be there at the end. We do not know who will win the title, maybe even Fiorentina, or Napoli, or Roma, or Juventus fighting back.
"Roma are the side with the most quality and they can win the Scudetto. In attack there is Edin Dzeko, Mohamed Salah, Gervinho and Iago Falque, plus Francesco Totti. In the middle Radja Nainggolan and Miralem Pjanic bring equal doses of strength and technique."
Ancelotti had managed four Italian sides in a row since the start of his career, before moving to England for a stint at Chelsea in 2009.
