Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi has said that his team "sent out a message" during their 1-0 win over Bologna in Serie A.
The Giallorossi moved to within six points of Juventus in the league table thanks to Radja Nainggolan's first-half goal.
"We sent out a message that this is a completely different Roma," he told Rai Sport.
"In the past these games have been turning points and we tended to fall apart, but not this time. I saw a team that is focused and very strong. Don't forget Napoli drew here a few weeks ago."
Roma are next in action when they face Inter Milan at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on March 1.
