Roma have confirmed their interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The 19-year-old Frenchman has been linked with a move away from PSG in recent days, with a number of clubs across Europe thought to be keen on his services.

While insisting that a deal is yet to be made between the respective parties, Roma coach Rudi Garcia admits that he wants to bring Rabiot to the Stadio Olimpico.

"We have no secret agreement with PSG regarding Rabiot," he told Canal Plus. "The reports in the media are simply rumours. It's true that we are interested in him, but he is not our player."

Rabiot made 34 appearances for PSG during the 2013-14 campaign.
