UEFA have awarded Russia a 3-0 win over Montenegro following last month's abandoned Euro 2016 qualifier in Podgorica.
The Group G match was called off after a series of disturbances among the crowd.
Russia goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev was struck by a flare with less than a minute on the clock before being taken to hospital.
German referee Deniz Aytekin allowed the game to continue, but he was forced to halt proceedings in the second half when supporters grew more agitated and a melee on the touchline broke out.
Montenegro have been fined around £36,000 and ordered to play their next qualifier behind closed doors. Russia have been hit with an £18,000 fine following trouble among their fans.
