New Scunthorpe United manager Mark Robins has stated that he is ready for the challenge that lies ahead at the club.
The former Huddersfield Town boss was appointed as Russ Wilcox's successor at Glanford Park on Monday.
Scunthorpe have won just two of their opening 11 games in League One this season, but Robins is confident that he can turn their fortunes around.
"I've always done well wherever I've been, I know I've always done a good job in the circumstances," he told Sky Sports News.
"There are always difficult circumstance when you take over and this one is no different."
Robins's first match in charge will be against Colchester United on Saturday.
