Senegal opened their Group A Olympic campaign with an impressive 1-1 draw against Team GB on Thursday, while Uruguay came from behind to beat United Arab Emirates at Old Trafford.
The pair clash at Wembley on Sunday, with victory for Uruguay certain to be enough to book their spot in the latter stages of the competition.
Senegal are making their Olympic debut this year, and in Anderlecht striker Cheikhou Kouyate, they have a serious threat in attack.
Meanwhile, Uruguay secured back-to-back gold medals in 1924 and 1928, while they have a recent Copa America success to their name.
Senegal have no fresh injury concerns ahead of the match and are likely to remain unchanged, while Nicolas Lodeiro is pushing for a Uruguayan start following his impressive cameo against UAE.
Possible lineups:
Senegal: Mane; Ciss, Toure, Ba, Seck; Kouyate, Diame, Gueye, Mane; Konate, Yero
Uruguay: Campana; Arias, Coates, Albin, Rolin; Ramirez, Lodeiro, Calzada, Rodriquez; Suarez, Cavani
