Andreas Christensen has returned to the Barcelona squad for Saturday's La Liga clash with Sevilla.
The Denmark international missed out against Real Valladolid last weekend through illness, but he is now fit and available, with the Catalan outfit currently boasting a fully-fit squad.
Jules Kounde made his debut for Barcelona against Real Valladolid, having finally been registered, and the Frenchman is now in line to take on his former club Sevilla at Estadio Ramon on Saturday evening.
Fellow summer arrivals Franck Kessie, Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha are also included, but Marcos Alonso and Hector Bellerin have not yet trained with their new side and are therefore not involved.
There was speculation surrounding Jordi Alba's future in the latter stages of the summer market, but the left-back ultimately stayed at Camp Nou, and he is again in the squad.
Alba now has competition from both teenager Alejandro Balde and new signing Alonso for the left-back spot, while Bellerin has been brought in to battle for the position at right-back.
Gerard Pique is yet to play a single minute of La Liga football this season, having fallen down the pecking order at the club, and he is unlikely to be in the starting side for this match.
Frenkie de Jong and Memphis Depay are two more players to be strongly linked with summer exits.
However, De Jong signalled that he did not want to leave Barcelona for Manchester United, while Memphis has also remained at the club despite being strongly linked with a departure.
Lewandowski has now scored four times in his last two appearances for Barcelona, and the likes of Ousmane Dembele, Raphinha, Ferran Torres and Ansu Fati are battling to start alongside him in attack.
Xavi also has a decision to make over De Jong, but the Dutchman could be among the substitutes, with Gavi and Pedri potentially featuring alongside Sergio Busquets in midfield.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang left to join Chelsea on transfer deadline day, meanwhile, so the club do not have an obvious replacement at centre-forward should Lewandowski come down with an injury.
Sevilla have only picked up one point from their opening three matches of the campaign, but Xavi has said that the pressure on the club's head coach Julen Lopetegui is unjust.
"I always say it's sad to judge coaches for results. Lopetegui did a good job with Seville. For me, it is not fair to judge Sevilla by the results they achieved at the beginning of the season," said the 42-year-old during his press conference ahead of this match.
