Sheffield United goalkeeper Mark Howard has claimed that the squad's previous experience will be vital in the League One playoffs.
Nigel Clough has guided the team to semi-final appearances in the League Cup and FA Cup in recent seasons, and Howard believes that the Blades can rise to the occasion on the big stage once again.
"We have proved in cup matches both this season and last that we are capable of producing the big performance in the big games, so hopefully we will do the same in the playoffs," he told the club's website.
"It is always said that they are a bit of a lottery and that is probably true, but if we get that bit of luck along the way then there is no reason why we shouldn't be fancying our chances."
United play their final league game against Chesterfield on Saturday.
