Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has reportedly emerged as a candidate for the vacant manager's job at Sheffield Wednesday.
The Championship club, who are 23rd in the table with just two wins from 18 games, are searching for a new boss after sacking Dave Jones earlier this month.
Stuart Pearce is the favourite to replace Jones, while the bookmakers also believe that Mike Phelan, Stuart Gray, Nigel Worthington and Steve Evans are in the frame.
However, according to talkSPORT, the Owls could cause a shock by appointing Hasselbaink.
The former Chelsea forward, who was a member of Nottingham Forest's coaching staff between July 2011 and January 2013, is currently in charge at Royal Antwerp in Belgium.
