Spain boss Vicente del Bosque has paid tribute to the performances of both Nolito and Mario Gaspar in his team's 2-0 win over England on Friday evening.
Nolito once again impressed for La Roja after entering at the break, while Mario opened the scoring in the international friendly with a bicycle kick 20 minutes from time.
"We're very pleased with Nolito and Mario [Gaspar], who has scored in the last two games. They played well and were profound in their impacts," Del Bosque told reporters.
"It's a prestigious result against a powerful and strong team, who constantly threatened us."
Santi Cazorla was also on the scoresheet for the European champions against an experimental England XI.
