Spain midfielder Sergio Busquets has said that a win against Finland is just as important as one against France.
Group I's heavyweights do battle in Paris on Tuesday, but before then the world and European champions host Mixu Paatelainen's men in Gijon on Friday.
"I do not know if [the match with France] is a final, but it is decisive," the Barcelona star told reporters.
"The team that wins will take a big advantage, but the three points against Finland are no less important than those in Paris.
"Finland are a good team throughout and will try to take advantage of any chances that come their way."
Spain and France are level at the top of the group with two wins and a draw from their three games so far.
