Spain manager Vicente del Bosque has said that Cesc Fabregas's move to Chelsea will have no effect on his team selection for their opening World Cup match.
Fabregas joined the Blues earlier today, having spent the past three seasons at Barcelona.
Del Bosque was quick to dismiss any claims that the transfer could play a part in deciding his starting lineup for their clash against the Netherlands tomorrow evening.
"Everyone is in top condition," he told reporters. "No transfer will affect the selection... everyone is very focussed."
Fabregas is believed to have cost Chelsea £27m and will wear the number four shirt at Stamford Bridge next season.
