Everton are reportedly keen to sign former Celtic winger Aiden McGeady.
The 27-year-old has just 12 months left to run on his current contract with Spartak Moscow and is believed to be eager to leave Russia this summer.
As a result, Spartak are reportedly prepared to part with the Republic of Ireland international to avoid losing him on a free transfer.
This has alerted Everton manager Roberto Martinez, who would like to bolster his wide options before the start of the new Premier League season, according to The Mirror.
The report added that Spartak would demand around £4m for his services.
