Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has played down the significance of Tottenham Hotspur picking up a point at the Bernabeu in Tuesday night's Champions League clash.
The visiting side went ahead inside the first half-hour when Harry Kane forced an own goal from Raphael Varane.
Los Blancos did not respond until the 43rd minute, when Cristiano Ronaldo converted from the penalty spot after Serge Aurier brought down Toni Kroos in the box.
Madrid had plenty of chances to nab the winner, but in the end had to settle for a 1-1 draw.
"This is a normal result, we played against a great team," Zidane told reporters. "Tottenham played well and we now have to try and win at Wembley. We got the goal and only then were we the better team, that is hard to accept but we can't change it."
Spurs currently sit at the top of Group H, level on points with reigning champions Madrid.
