Mousa Dembele and Eric Dier retain their places in the midfield and England international Harry Kane leads the attack.
Gonzalo Higuain will play as a lone striker for hosts Juventus, who are without the services of Paulo Dybala, Andrea Barzagli, Blaise Matuidi and Juan Cuadrado.
Mario Mandzukic will provide support for Huguain in an advanced midfield position, while Federico Bernardeschi makes his first European start of the campaign in the engine room.
