Tottenham Hotspur defender Ben Davies has insisted that the players are looking to beat Anderlecht in their Europa League group-stage clash this evening.
Mauricio Pochettino's side will take on the Belgian outfit at Constant Vanden Stock, having taken four points from their first two games in the tournament.
Davies has said that a victory against Besnik Hasi's side would put Spurs in a strong position in Group J.
"I can't wait, it's hopefully going to be a good game and it's certainly one we're looking to win," he told Tottenham's official website.
"The Europa League is very important for us and we want to do as well as we can.
"If we do manage to beat Anderlecht here it will put us in a very good position to qualify. We don't want to leave it down to the last couple games to try to get through, so we're determined to get a good result here."
The last three games between the teams have ended in 1-1 draws.
