Tottenham Hotspur will look to end a four-match winless streak when they host Championship side Middlesbrough in their FA Cup third-round replay on Tuesday night.

Jose Mourinho's men could only manage a 1-1 draw in the initial tie at the Riverside Stadium earlier this month, with Lucas Moura rescuing a replay for the top-flight outfit.

Middlesbrough, who are led by former Spurs player Jonathan Woodgate, must now try to go one better away from home as they look to pull off an FA Cup upset on their first visit to Tottenham's new stadium.

Tottenham's options in certain areas of the field are largely dictated by their injury list, with talisman Harry Kane and Moussa Sissoko sidelined until April and Hugo Lloris also a long-term absentee, although he is closing in on a return.

Mourinho named a strong team for the reverse fixture at the Riverside, but he could make changes with home advantage in his favour this time around.

Japhet Tanganga, who was a surprise inclusion for his Premier League debut against Liverpool, will hope to have done enough to retain his starting spot, but Eric Dier and Jan Vertonghen are also pushing for returns to the XI after sitting out at the weekend.

Ryan Sessegnon, Oliver Skipp and Giovani Lo Celso are others who could be in contention, while Erik Lamela is available to make his first start in any competition since October.

Christian Eriksen was booed off the field by his own fans following his performance against Liverpool and may be taken out of the firing line for this match, with speculation continue to rage regarding his future.

Son and Lucas, the latter of whom earned Spurs this replay, could lead the line again with the inexperienced Troy Parrott Mourinho's only other striking option.
