Two late goals have given Norwich City a 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur in tonight's Capital One Cup fourth-round tie at Carrow Road.
Gareth Bale gave the visitors the lead before a Jan Vertonghen own goal and a Simeon Jackson strike earned the Canaries an unlikely victory.
Spurs were dominant in the opening half as Bale was off target with two chances.
Meanwhile, Clint Dempsey could have put the visitors in front, but he narrowly fired his effort over the crossbar.
Steve Morison had Norwich's best opportunity of the opening 45 minutes when he headed straight at Hugo Lloris from a corner.
Bale continued to terrorise the hosts after the break and he finally gave his side the lead just after the hour as his low drive found the bottom corner from the edge of the box.
The home side brought Grant Holt off the bench and the striker had an instant impact as he ruffled the Spurs defence.
Norwich grabbed an equaliser with five minutes left as Alexander Tettey's effort went in off substitute Vertonghen.
Spurs barely had time to gather themselves before they were behind thanks to Jackson's strike.
The visitors had the chance to square the game from the penalty spot in a frantic final few minutes but Dempsey's kick was saved by Mark Bunn following Marc Tierney's foul on Kyle Walker.
