Tottenham Hotspur captain Younes Kaboul has urged his teammates to "look forward" following Sunday's defeat at home to Newcastle United.
Spurs were beaten for the second consecutive time in the Premier League on the weekend as Newcastle came from behind to triumph 2-1 at White Hart Lane.
With a home game against Brighton & Hove Albion in the League Cup up next for Tottenham, Kaboul wants his side to remain positive and get back to winning ways.
"We have another game on Wednesday against Brighton where we need to make our task easier on the pitch by trying to kill the game as early as we can," the defender told the club's official website.
"We've no choice but to go forward now. When you get criticism, you have to face it. Every single one of us has to look forward and fight for the team and the club and that's what we are going to do."
Sunday's defeat to Newcastle has seen Tottenham slip down to 11th place in the Premier League table.
