Mauricio Pochettino will reportedly pick up a £500,000 bonus should he guide Tottenham Hotspur to the Premier League title this season.
The 44-year-old is said to have negotiated the clause when joining from Southampton two years ago, adding to his basic salary of £2.5m at White Hart Lane.
According to The Sun, Pochettino is also in line for a £300,000 payout once the Lilywhites' Champions League qualification is confirmed, but finishing top is now the main target.
It is suggested that the Argentine's salary at Spurs is currently being reviewed by chairman Daniel Levy, with any new deal likely to take him among the top band of earners in the English top flight.
Tottenham find themselves five points adrift of leaders Leicester City ahead of their home match against West Bromwich Albion on Monday.
