Tottenham Hotspur have thrashed South China 6-0 to claim third place at the Barclays Asia Trophy in Hong Kong.
The Premier League side took the lead on 12 minutes when Danny Rose's cross took a deflection before finding the net.
Jermain Defoe hit the post soon after, but Spurs doubled their advantage with 34 minutes played when Clint Dempsey converted the striker's cross.
Defoe then got on the scoresheet on the stroke of half time with a simple finish from close range.
The England international netted again 10 minutes after the restart following an error from the goalkeeper, and he got his hat-trick in the 80th minute when he slotted the ball home after collecting Gylfi Sigurdsson's pass.
The rout was completed three minutes from time thanks to Andros Townsend's free kick.
