Romelu Lukaku is out of Everton's Premier League opening game against Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon.
The striker, who has been linked with a move away from Goodison Park this summer, has been left out of Ronald Koeman's first competitive game in charge of the Toffees after sustaining a cut in pre-season.
Seamus Coleman is also absent through injury, with Koeman confirming that he now faces "several weeks" on the sidelines with an ankle problem.
Idrissa Gueye, who joined from Aston Villa a fortnight ago, makes his club debut in the middle of the park alongside Gareth Barry and James McCarthy, while youngster Mason Holgate earns his first start in the back four.
For visiting Spurs, Jan Vertonghen is fit enough to start after returning from Euro 2016 injured, while Mousa Dembele's suspension means that new signing Victor Wanyama starts alongside Eric Dier.
Harry Kane continues to lead the line with support from Erik Lamela, Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli.
