The agent of Giovani dos Santos has hinted that the Mexican could move to Inter Milan as part of a swap deal that would bring Julio Cesar to Tottenham Hotspur.
Dos Santos is expected to leave White Hart Lane this summer after yet another season of failing to become a regular starter at the club.
Inter's goalkeeper Cesar has been linked with Spurs recently and Vicente Montes, the representative of dos Santos, has revealed that a swap between the two players could happen.
Montes told calciomercato.com: "The truth is that Gio has always wanted to play in La Liga or Serie A so that's what we're aiming for.
"A swap deal with Julio Cesar? Often journalists talk without knowing the truth, but that is not the case here. Inter is one of the possibilities, I can't deny that."
Dos Santos joined Spurs from Barcelona in 2008.
