Barcelona could reportedly attempt to sign Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen this summer.
The 32-year-old will see his current deal with Spurs expire on June 30, and it is widely thought that he will leave Jose Mourinho's side on a free transfer in search of pastures new.
Vertonghen recently revealed that he was weighing up "the pros and cons" of staying at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as his contract continues to run down.
According to Sport, Barca 'have always liked' the versatile defender, who could be 'a magnificent option' for Quique Setien's side ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future, Vertonghen has still appeared on 26 occasions for Tottenham during the current season, contributing two goals and one assist in the process.
The Belgian is also believed to be on Inter Milan's radar ahead of next season.
