Spurs centre-back Sebastien Bassong has admitted that he could leave White Hart Lane to return to France.
The 25-year-old made just seven Premier League starts last term and has been linked with a move to Blackburn.
However, the French-born Cameroon international claims that he would be open to a return to Ligue 1.
"I do not close the door on anything," he said. "The French league is a very good one."
Bassong left French club Metz to join Newcastle in 2008 before making an £8m move to Tottenham the following summer.
