Bayer Leverkusen have reportedly joined the race to sign Tottenham Hotspur defender Serge Aurier.
The Ivorian right-back became a regular fixture under Jose Mourinho in the latter stages of the 2019-20 season, but speculation over a move away from North London has continued to persist regardless.
AC Milan are understood to be interested in the former Paris Saint-Germain defender, whom Spurs allegedly value at £23m, and the Lilywhites will reportedly be open to parting ways with Aurier for the right price.
According to Sky Sports News, Aurier is firmly on Leverkusen's radar ahead of the new season, and the Bundesliga outfit are looking to pip AC Milan to the 22-year-old's signature.
Spurs have already waved goodbye to one right-back as Kyle Walker-Peters made his move to Southampton permanent, with former Saints captain Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg heading in the other direction as Spurs struck a £15m deal for the Denmark international.
Aurier, who has a contract at Spurs until 2022, registered one goal and five assists from 33 Premier League outings in the 2019-20 campaign.
