Tottenham Hotspur defender Vedran Corluka has joined German club Bayer Leverkusen on loan until the end of the season.
The Croatian full-back has struggled to nail down a regular starting role within the Spurs starting lineup since his move from Manchester City in 2008.
It is believed that the deal allows Leverkusen to sign Corluka permanently during the summer.
Corluka has made 107 appearances for Spurs.
