Christian Eriksen's agent Martin Schoots has refused to comment on speculation that Real Madrid have revived their bid to sign the Tottenham Hotspur midfielder.
Real appeared to have cooled their interest in the Denmark international, but Zinedine Zidane's return to the Bernabeu this week has led to fresh talk of an offer being imminent.
Tottenham are reluctant to sell one of their key men, who has been at the club for close to six years, but a new contract is no closer to being signed and he will become a free agent in 2020.
Asked about the rumours linking Eriksen with Los Blancos, however, agent Schoots remained tight-lipped.
"I don't want to add to the speculation around Christian's contract and football future. Christian is only focusing on the football," he told Danish media outlet Ekstra Bladet. "He has evolved from a world-class talent into a world-class player."
Zidane is also believed to be eyeing up Chelsea forward Eden Hazard and Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi as part of a £300m summer spending splurge.
