Everton have reportedly informed Tottenham Hotspur that they are only willing to sell Lucas Digne if they receive Danny Rose in part-exchange.
Digne has emerged as one of the club's best players of the season on the left side of defence after moving to Goodison Park from Barcelona last summer.
Everton are against parting ways with Digne after just 12 months, but The Mirror claims that Spurs are keen on giving the France international a chance to play Champions League football.
The North London outfit have been met by a firm stance, however, with Everton allegedly indicating that they will consider a sale providing that Rose is included in any deal.
Rose has recently regained his spot in Mauricio Pochettino's starting lineup, although the 28-year-old may welcome an opportunity to return to the North of England.
