Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes has said that he wants to leave the club after falling out of favour at White Hart Lane.
Brad Friedel has established himself as the number one shotstopper in the side after his summer move from Aston Villa.
Gomes has said that he hopes to join another club on loan before making a permanent switch elsewhere.
"I will probably go back to Brazil on loan for half a year," he said. "I'll then come back to Europe to join another club."
The 30-year-old Brazilian moved to the North London club for £7.8m from PSV Eindhoven in 2007.
